WHAT'S INSIDE THE CURLY QUEEN KIT?

Inside the Curly Queen Kit is a surprise every month or season. We feature 4-6 full sized and sample size products in our monthly sampler, 4-8 in our Seasonal Subscription and 3-5 in our bi-monthly sampler subscription. Product include natural, cruelty free curly girl approved hair ingredients and products as well as hair accessories and tools to keep you looking like a Queen!

IS IT CURLY GIRL APPROVED?

YES! We strive to work with brands that only use natural, organic ingredients while staying away from products that have harsh chemicals, parabens, and silicones.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Yes, Curly Queen Kit ships internationally but please beware that shipping times may vary and should take between 1-2 weeks to arrive from ship date.

 Shipping is a flat rate cost of $25 this does not include any other fees that may arise from customs etc.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN OR GIVE REFUNDS?

Because of the set up of our subscription service we do NOT offer returns or refunds at this moment. In order to cancel your subscription and not be charged you must cancel before the 11th of each month, before your auto renewal.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To cancel your subscription, you’ll need to access your customer account, through your Shopify login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. You can also access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link was sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.

Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancelation reason.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY BILLING ADDRESS?

To update your billing info, you’ll need to access your customer account, through your Shopify login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. You can also access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link was sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.

In the Billing Information tab you’ll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. You can update your credit cardbillingshipping, and email address 

Your address must be changed by the 10th of each month before your renewal as your card will be charged on the 11th. The address change will apply to your NEXT order.

WHEN DOES MY BOX SHIP?

CURLY QUEEN KIT subscription boxes ship every 20th and 30th of the month. Once your box ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. USPS is our shipping carrier and can take up to 12 business days to deliver. If there's any changes come up, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

I PAID THE LAST MONTH BUT WHY DO YOU CHARGE ME AGAIN THIS MONTH?

Curly Queen Kit renewal date will always be the date when you subscribe. So for example, you subscribe at the 10th of the month. Your box will be shipped and included on the first batch or second batch of shipping, then by the 10th next month, it will automatically renew your subscription and charge your card again. Same process for the following month

I HAVEN'T RECEIVE ANY UPDATES FROM WHAT I ORDERED.

Once your kit ships you will receive an email with the tracking information or you can check your order status by logging into your account. We ship via USPS and do not have signature pickup, so make sure you are sending your package somewhere secure.

MY PACKAGE IS STOLEN OR LOST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Once an order has shipped, Curly Queen Kit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. The customer must enter a safe and accurate address when entering their shipping address. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?

YES we do ship Internationally. At this time, Curly Queen Kit ships within the US, and all APO addresses as well as international.
